We work with third-party production and fulfillment partners to print and ship our clothing orders.

Order Processing and Production

Most orders are processed and produced within approximately 3 business days. Production times may vary during holidays, busy periods, or unexpected fulfillment delays.

Production time is separate from shipping and transit time.

Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been produced and dispatched. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking status.

Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

If your package is delayed or tracking has not updated, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier.

If an order is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment has begun. Additional shipping charges may apply if a carrier permits redelivery or address correction.

International Shipping

Fortune Designs may ship to destinations outside the United States. International delivery times vary, and customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, applicable import charges are the customer's responsibility.
